Sr .NET Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Sr .NET Full Stack Developer (.NET, React, API)

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET, React, and SQL Server.
• Build and optimize APIs and microservices that integrate with internal and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Analysts, Architects) to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Bees (Jenkins Cloud) and TFS.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Document architecture, components, and design decisions for future reference.

• 4–5 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and React.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL Server for data modeling and query optimization.
• Working knowledge of Microservices architecture and API integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Open Shift, Cloud Bees (Jenkins Cloud), or TFS.
• Experience developing within .NET 8 and React 18 environments.

• Understand the three service lifetimes in .NET Core Dependency Injection (Transient, Scoped, Singleton) and how they differ.
• Proficient in troubleshooting slow performance issues.
• Deep understanding of Entity Framework—benefits, pitfalls, and when to use it.
• Ability to discuss design patterns and their practical application in codebases.

• Strong understanding of state management in large-scale applications.
• Ability to build reusable and maintainable components.
• Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.

• Naturally curious—asks questions, challenges assumptions, and pursues better solutions.
• Confident communicator who contributes to team discussions and decision-making.
• Quick learner who adapts to new technologies independently.
• Proactive in leveraging AI tools for code assistance, testing, or optimization.
