Pay: $68,000 - $72,000
Schedule:
Includes weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Youth Opportunity is a nationally recognized leader in residential and behavioral health treatment for at‑risk youth. Memphis Youth Academy in Memphis, Tennessee, is a 60-bed Youth Academy providing trauma‑informed residential care for boys ages 12 to 17. The center combines clinical mental health and substance abuse treatment with structured education, enrichment therapies, recreation, art, music, and medical care provided in small group living units.
Youth typically remain in care for 3 to 6 months, participating in individual, family, and group therapy, life skills training, victim‑impact awareness, restorative justice, and pre‑vocational preparation. Programming is designed to support emotional stabilization, family engagement, and successful reintegration into home and community settings.

Key Responsibilities- Directly or indirectly supervise facility staff, supporting day‑to‑day operations
- Serve as Facility Administrator designee in their absence
- Help lead facility service delivery to ensure youth and staff safety and a therapeutic environment
