Position Title: Installer/Service Tech

Salary Range: Depends on Experience

Location: Memphis TN

Maintain and service communications equipment and systems in a Integrated Communications Inc. Service Center or at a customer site, which includes limited testing, repairing, modifying, and installing.

• Performing functional and 'on-the-air' test of communication equipment.
• Repairing customer units by replacing defective modules or components.
• Making minor modifications to electronic circuitry per customer requests and/or factory updates.
• Installing communications and parts as necessary.
• Communicating with customer, installers, and/or area field technical representatives.
• Operate company owned vehicles.

• Basic knowledge of audio, RF, digital, and microprocessor electronic circuits found in communications equipment.
• Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Ability to operate fixed and adjustable measuring and testing equipment.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to be available for emergency work at any time of day or night.
