Full-time | $22.00 - $25.00/hour | 40 hours/week

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual to use interpersonal and customer service skills to serve the elderly by performing general and advanced maintenance work in and around the property including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. Ensure development and execution of preventative maintenance plan in accordance with current Policies and Procedures. Problem solving, time management, leadership, teamwork, and budgeting skills are necessary.

Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired.

• Driver's License
• High School diploma or GED
• 5 + years' experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work under supervision.
• Journeyman status or equivalent in two skills preferred.
• HVAC certification required.
