Detail-oriented and dependable to use interpersonal and customer service skills to serve the elderly with compassion and integrity by performing general maintenance work in and around our properties at Wesley Graceland Gardens (Memphis, TN) and St. Mark Manor (Memphis, TN). Duties include but are not limited to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry work. Problem-solving and time management skills are necessary. Leadership, teamwork, and budgeting skills are necessary.

Familiarity with computers and electronics are desired.

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum 3 years of Maintenance Experience
• HVAC certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)
• Valid Driver’s License
