With manufacturing facilities located throughout West Tennessee and North Mississippi, we specialize in asphalt production and construction projects ranging from commercial projects to miles of interstate highway paving throughout the Mid-South.

Performs any combination of following tasks, such as erecting, repairing, and wrecking ; operates straight or articulated rubber‑tired small track mounted tractor‑type vehicle equipped with front‑mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage processing area.

• Measures distances from grade stakes, drives stakes, and stretches tight line.
• Bolts, nails, alines, and blocks up forms under.
• Signals operators of construction equipment to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery to conform to grade specifications.
• Levels earth to fine grade specifications, using pick and shovel.
• Smooths and finishes freshly poured material, using float, trowel, or screed.
• Starts engine, shifts gears, presses pedals, and turns steering wheel to operate loader.
• Moves levers to lower and tilt bucket and drives front‑end loader forward to force bucket into bulk material.
• Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
• Performs a variety of tasks involving dexterous use of hands and tools, such as sawing lumber, dismantling forms, and removing projects from concrete.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience

• Appropriate training and experience required

• Follow specific directions.
• Perform a variety of duties which may often change.
• Work within standards of accuracy.
• Repeat tasks of short duration according to a set procedure.
• Evaluate information using measurable standards.

• Stand or walk for long periods.
• Use arms and hands to reach for, handle, and manipulate objects.
• Frequently lift and carry materials weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects and carry tools and equipment.
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, and see (naturally or with correction).
