As a General Laborer, you will be tasked with drilling into concrete, extending safety fencing, and assembling a precisely placed frame. This work is crucial to enhance safety measures on the Robotics floor, preventing unauthorized access. You will need to be mechanically savvy and inclined to succeed in this fast-paced and loud environment. Teamwork is essential as you will work collaboratively to achieve specific goals within a set timeframe.

Additionally, maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy work environment is a key responsibility, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

This is a 2 week contract position with opportunity to work with robotics and automated systems. Top performers will be selected for longer traveling opportunities.

• Drill into concrete and extend safety fencing.
• Bolt together frames with precision on the Robotics floor.
• Work collaboratively with a team to meet swap targets within deadlines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Commercial construction and assembly experience.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Physical capability for repetitive tasks including lifting up to 45 lbs.

• Experience in carpentry or production environments.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Safety consciousness and teamwork orientation.

This role is set in a climate-controlled warehouse environment. The atmosphere can be loud and chaotic, requiring adaptability and focus. The dress code is in accordance with safety standards appropriate for a warehouse setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $23.00/hr.
