Job Overview
Local and established Waterproofing and Foundation Repair company in Lebanon, Tennessee is seeking full‑time Foreman, Leadman, and Laborers. Starting pay is up to $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with opportunities to increase up to $35.00/hr when promoted to a Foreman. Class B required for all Foreman (can obtain after employment). The Foreman in Training program is available for new hires if qualified.
EssentialResponsibilities
- Work in confined spaces.
- Follow direction.
- Manual digging and lifting 80–100 pounds.
- Concrete labor / moving concrete.
- Availability to work long hours and some Saturdays.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Pass drug test.
- Pass background check.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and additional insurance offered.

- Monday–Friday (some Saturdays as needed).
