Punchlist Contractor

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is looking for a Punchlist Contractor to join our team. As a Punchlist Contractor, you will be responsible for completing a variety of services such as general repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting. You will work on a variety of different projects and have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge and expertise in the construction industry.

As a Punchlist Contractor, you will be joining a team that values excellence and strives to exceed expectations in every project.

• Complete and execute tasks as assigned by the project manager, ensuring work is completed within the established time frame and budget.
• Perform general repairs and carpentry work including framing, drywall repair/replace, texture match, flooring installation, and finish work.
• Converse with project managers to ensure their needs are being met.
• Show up to job sites with materials and tools needed for each job assigned.
• Manage and prioritize workload and communicate progress to the project manager.
• Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly at the end of the day.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in punch list work or similar construction industry experience.
• Basic computer skills for submitting electronic documentation.
• Must provide own tools and reliable transportation.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong communication skills, able to interact professionally with clients, vendors and employees at all levels.
• Living currently in the U.S.

• Net 7 pay.
