Responsibilities
- Perform trim carpentry, including base, casing, crown molding, and finish work
- Hang interior and exterior doors, including hardware installation
- Complete drywall repairs and patching, texture matching preferred
- Painting and surface preparation (walls, trim, doors, touch-ups)
- Assist with general remodeling tasks on office and residential projects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Read and follow project plans, scopes of work, and instructions
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in remodeling and trim carpentry
- Strong knowledge of finish work, doors, drywall, and painting
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Skilled with hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation and tools preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor as required
- 2+ years of experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Reliable transportation and basic hand tools required
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
