Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Saw Operator to perform site and civil work, including operating concrete saws and drills on asphalt or concrete surfaces. The role involves utilizing hand and power tools as needed and ensuring site safety at all times.

• Operate concrete saws and drills on asphalt or concrete.
• Utilize hand and power tools as required.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with safety regulations.
• Perform site and civil work tasks.
• Accurately read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.

• Proficiency in saw operation and drilling techniques related to concrete and asphalt.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret tape measure readings.
• Experience with concrete, slabs, and foundations.
• Basic construction experience with knowledge of power tools and site safety.
• Experience in concrete finishing and blueprint reading.
• 3-5 years experience operating concrete saws and/or drills.
• 3-5 years experience with hand and power tools in the construction industry.

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Understanding of construction safety practices.

This position offers the potential for permanent employment with the company, providing stability and long-term growth. Employees will have access to a company truck for travel, enhancing convenience and mobility.

The work is conducted on construction sites, which can be dusty, wet, and muddy. It is an outdoor role where conditions may vary, and work will continue unless deemed unsafe due to climate conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Memphis,TN.
