Role Description
This is a full-time hourly role for a Roofing Service Technician based in Memphis, TN. The Roofing Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and field service tasks on commercial roofing systems. Daily activities include troubleshooting roofing issues, executing preventative maintenance plans, and addressing emergency repairs. Effective communication with customers and other team members is critical to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance and Repair, including the ability to execute detailed maintenance tasks and address repair needs efficiently.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Field Service, with the ability to identify and solve roofing system issues effectively in a variety of conditions.
- Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in both on-site and hybrid work environments in compliance with safety standards.
- Prior experience in commercial roofing or sheet metal work is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license and the physical ability to perform roofing-related tasks safely.
