Experienced Commercial Construction Plumber

Mechanical Systems Company LLC is a fully licensed Mechanical and Plumbing contractor in Memphis, TN. We focus on working with commercial and industrial customers, providing quality workmanship and the absolute best value for the price.

We are looking for a confident, organized, team-oriented Experienced Construction Plumber who is willing to travel 25% - 50% working on large commercial and industrial plumbing projects.

Position Summary:

Construction Plumber is responsible for supporting field operations and will report directly to the Plumbing Superintendent. This role helps ensure that project activities are properly scheduled, efficiently coordinated, and completed on time and within budget.

Pay Scale: $26 - $33 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours:

40+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, overtime as required

Qualification Requirements:

* Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

* 3+ years of hands-on commercial plumbing experience

* Supervisory experience is preferred

* Must be willing to travel 25% - 50% of the time (Nashville area mostly)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Must possess knowledge and ability to communicate effectively with staff concerning operations, policies, work rules, assignments, scheduling changes/practices, and other areas relevant to operations

* Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings

* Excellent computer skills (proficiency with MS Office)

* OSHA 10 and 30 certifications

* Ability to travel to job sites out of town

* Ability to train and supervise others
