• $38/hr and up based on experience
• Up to $5,000 hiring bonus

• Diagnosing, repairing & maintaining high-end HVAC systems
• Working on chillers (scroll, screw, centrifugal), boilers, pumps, cooling towers, and more
• Delivering top-tier service and representing our brand with pride
• Training & mentoring up-and-coming techs
• Tackling hands-on field work Monday-Friday (some OT possible)

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
• Pro skills in troubleshooting and repairs
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record
• EPA Universal certification
• NATE is preferred
• HVAC technical school certificate (preferred)
• Willingness to travel to job sites and lift 50+ lbs when needed
• A mindset for safety, service, and sharp work
