The primary duties of the Corporate Security Specialist (Physical Security Access Control Analyst) is to assist Corporate Security management with the daily activities required to administer and maintain all electronic security applications and programs, as well as any reports or other work products within the Physical Security area of responsibility. Security Specialists will also participate in team projects as assigned.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Primarily responsible for the administration of access control systems.
- Primarily responsible for the creation and administration of clearances within First Horizon card access systems.
- Primarily responsible for the production and provisioning of First Horizon badges.
- Assisting Corporate Security Management with physical security projects.
- If assigned, assist with reviewing the Security Service Request Portal to ensure all tickets are processed within one business day of receipt.
- If assigned, assist in following up with the appropriate vendor, and the FH associate who submitted the security service ticket, to verify the work was completed.
- Exercise good judgement and sound decision-making processes to handle serious or sensitive incidents.
- Be proactive in the execution of duties and responsibilities with very little oversight.
- Escalate any issues of a sensitive or serious nature to Corporate Security management.
- Assisting with Disaster Recovery planning and implementation during crisis events.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
