Security Guard - Unarmed Property Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, families, staff, and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a shelter location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter doors to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points, assist with visitor check-in expectations as directed, and support staff with de-escalation by using calm communication and problem-solving skills.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when required by post orders.;
Complete required reports such as incident reports, patrol logs, and shift handoff notes, and communicate observations to oncoming personnel and site contacts.
