Associate Security Specialist

Job Description Summary

• Provides security oversight and asset protection within the assigned location, serving as a key member of the operations organization with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Conducts security assessments, maintaining security case loads, updating security information management systems, and ensuring compliance with regulatory items.

• Assists the effort to provide risk mitigation efficiently and effectively and provides security oversight and asset protection (people, assets, brand) within the assigned location.
• Serves as a key member of the operations organization with a mindset to solve problems.
• Provides comprehensive security services to assigned location(s), coordinates and communicates with others as needed, including peers, management, legal and other internal resources, and external resources, including law enforcement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• One (1) year Airline Security or Related Experience.
• Knowledge of TSA Regulations and Anti‑Terrorism Operations.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• Knowledge of Microsoft based computer programs and the ability to prepare Investigative Summaries and Detailed Reports.

• This position will be in Memphis, Tennessee.

• Relocation assistance may be available based upon business needs.

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent.

• Strong interpersonal communication, writing skills, and an inquisitive mindset. Knowledge of Microsoft based computer programs and the ability to prepare detailed reports.

• Non‑covered safety sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• If required to carry a firearm as part of job duties, subject to random drug testing.
• Works in an industrial environment and must adhere to all safety considerations.
• Travel may be necessary.
