Job Description
Summary:
- To analyze and coordinate security policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance; maintains a thorough working knowledge of the TSA Full All Cargo Standard Security Program (FACAOSSP). .
- Plan, organize, lead and control projects related to aviation security. Communication focal point and direct liaison between operation, security, and TSA. Coordinates aviation security investigation for non-compliance to regulatory programs. Monitors corrective actions.
- Communicates security program changes to operations and security personnel.
- Serves as the aviation security liaison to the regional managing directors in the Americas and Aviation Security department.
- Oversee and administers regulatory required security programs, monitors and ensures compliance with all applicable Security Directives and/or Emergency Amendments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to travel under job conditions.
Location:
- This position will be in Memphis, Tennessee.
- Relocation assistance is may be available based upon business needs.
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
- Five (5) years of aviation and regulatory security, TSA experience, or related fields with an understanding of airline regulatory compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Demonstration of a strong understanding of the TSA - Full All Cargo Aircraft Operator Standard Security Program (FACAOSSP), applicable programs associated with TSA audits, conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective action plans, and the TSA Action Plans process

Pay:$5,662.27/mo - $9,342.75/mo
