Manager Global Security Operations Control – join to apply for the Manager Global Security Operations Control role at Federal Express Corporation.

• Plans, staffs, organizes, directs, and controls a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center.
• Selects, implements, and maintains procedures, programs, and electronic/computer security systems on a nationwide level.
• Manages enterprise-wide security monitoring and alarm systems, including alarm response processes.
• Monitors social media for threats to enterprise employees and assets and initiates response as deemed necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• This position will be in Memphis, Tennessee.

• Relocation assistance may be available based upon business need.

• Bachelor's degree/equivalent.

• Five (5) years’ experience in a control center/command and control environment, including two (2) years’ experience with electronic and computer systems/networks.

• Must be able to receive a Government Security Clearance.
• Knowledge of CCTV, controlled access, recording radio systems, and security hardware devices.
• Knowledge of global security risks and threats.
• Ability to successfully complete required training programs.
• Strong basic management, human relations, and communication skills.

• Must be able to work multiple shifts and be on call 24/7 in a constant state of alertness; non-covered safety sensitive position.
