About Executive Speakers Bureau
At Executive Speakers Bureau, we believe great events have the power to inspire people, spark new ideas, and create meaningful change.
Since 1993, our Memphis-based team has helped organizations around the world find the perfect keynote speakers—from business innovators and bestselling authors to athletes, entertainers, and thought leaders. Our role is simple: help our clients create unforgettable experiences for their audiences.
We’re known in the industry for our white-glove service, fast response times, and thoughtful speaker recommendations. When a client calls us, they know they’ll get a partner who listens, understands their goals, and delivers ideas quickly—often within hours.
But what really makes ESB special is our team. We’re a group of relationship-builders who love the speaking industry, enjoy working together, and take pride in helping our clients put on incredible events.
The RoleWe’re looking for a Sales Executive / Talent Agent who thrives on building relationships, connecting people, and helping clients bring their events to life.
In this role, you’ll work directly with corporations and associations to identify the perfect keynote speaker for their meetings, conferences, and leadership events. You’ll research speakers, manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with talent to ensure every engagement runs seamlessly.
One day you might be helping a Fortune 500 company secure a leadership expert for their sales kickoff. The next, you might be coordinating with a well-known athlete, entrepreneur, or bestselling author to inspire an audience of thousands.
