About the Role:We’re hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow a territory by building relationships, developing new business, and expanding existing accounts. This role focuses on prospecting, managing customer partnerships, and driving product sales within the construction/industrial market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop new business while managing existing accounts
- Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Execute strategic territory plans to meet sales goals
- Track activity, market trends, and competitive insights
- Resolve customer needs and deliver strong service support
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- ~5+ years of outside or relationship‑driven sales experience
- Comfortable visiting job sites and handling light material movement (up to 50 lbs)
- Guaranteed commissions: $2,292/month for first 6 months
- Existing accounts to take over + new business growth
