About the Role

As a Field Account Manager, you’ll be the face of Redi Carpet in the Memphis region. You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of multifamily clients, cultivate new business opportunities, and ensure customers receive the exceptional service Redi is known for. This is an ideal role for a self‑motivated sales professional who understands the value of long‑term partnerships and enjoys autonomy in their day‑to‑day work.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and expand relationships with apartment communities, property managers, and regional decision makers.
  • Identify new business opportunities to support Redi’s growth within the Memphis market.
  • Deliver on‑site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Consult with clients to determine flooring needs, timelines, and service expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate account records, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
  • Represent Redi Carpet with energy, professionalism, and integrity.
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Experience:
  • Multifamily industry experience (vendor or property side)
    or
  • HVAC, distribution, or route‑based B2B sales background
  • Proven success in outside sales, account management, or territory development
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage a territory with independence and accountability
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
  • Be part of an exciting market expansion with strong leadership support
