Position: Product Sales Executive, X-Ray XP RF - New Orleans/Mid-South Region

Overview

Product Sales Executive, X-Ray XP RF – New Orleans/Mid-South Region at Siemens Healthineers. This field sales and product expert position focuses on selling X-Ray capital equipment into hospitals.

Location:

New Orleans, LA + Little Rock, AR + Jackson, MS + Memphis, TN (Mid-South Region). Travel: 50-70%.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve business objectives for the assigned territory, including penetration of accounts with product, solution, and service offerings.
  • Provide product sales support, including product positioning and presentations.
  • Guide the development and execution of strategic account plans to achieve business goals and budgets.
  • Develop, build, and cultivate long-term relationships with key management within customer organizations.
  • Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies, and in developing forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
  • Ensure Account Executives are knowledgeable on X-Ray products to drive business.
  • Present dynamic product demonstrations and prepare customer-facing proposals.
Qualifications
  • BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree where required.
  • 5+ years in sales or a product specialist role, healthcare field preferred.
  • Experience managing large quotas and long sales cycles; proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience with sales quotas and forecasting; demonstrated ability to own and drive business results.
  • Travel requirement: 50-70%.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
  • Specific knowledge of X-Ray products.
  • Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, or similar.
Compensation

Annual base pay range: $67,200$100,800
. Factors affecting starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and qualifications. This is subject to company plan terms for commissions where applicable.
