As a Sage Sales Representative at Stryker, you will promote and sell innovative products designed to prevent early events while maximizing efficiency and profitability for healthcare facilities. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, negotiate pricing, and manage orders seamlessly. By staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, you’ll position Stryker’s products effectively and drive business growth.
Responsibilities- Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
- Achieve your assigned quota by building and maintaining a working relationship with key influencers in accounts, distributor contacts and end‑users.
- Become the resident Sage expert, demonstrating knowledge of our products and competitors’ offerings.
- Focus on customer satisfaction through consultative solutions, teamwork, and high‑quality service.
- Drive protocol and process improvement by partnering with customers to enhance outcomes.
- Establish yourself as a consultant, offering high‑level clinical knowledge and healthcare insights.
- Have knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, P&L management, and field testing.
- Required: 5+ years of professional experience
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
- A valid driver’s license in the state of residence and a good driving record is required.
- May be required to move, set up, and demonstrate equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- May involve prolonged periods of stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, sitting, standing, and/or crawling.
- Coordinate eye, hand, and foot movements to meet cognitive demands, including visual and auditory discrimination, memory, and reading ability.
- May handle various materials including durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, and product components made of rubber, metals, and coated products.
