Account Manager – Elevator Modernization

We’re seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our client’s growing Memphis team. This role focuses on helping building owners modernize elevator systems - improving safety, performance, and long-term value across the region.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients, guiding them through hydraulic elevator modernization solutions
• Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and bid presentations to contract execution and follow-up
• Identify, develop, and convert opportunities using consultative sales strategies
• Collaborate with operations and project teams, conduct site visits, and ensure smooth handoffs through installation
• Support projects through completion, including submittals, change orders, and customer communication
• Stay current on elevator codes, product updates, pricing, and supplier offerings

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of B2B sales experience
  , or 3+ years of elevator industry sales experience
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills
• Confidence presenting to clients and leading meetings
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Preferred: Salesforce experience and ability to read blueprints or architectural drawings
