Account Manager

We’re currently seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Team Member to join our Memphis office. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving the agency’s growth by selling insurance products, providing excellent customer service, and developing lasting client relationships.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Meeting with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Selling auto, home, life, and other insurance products
• Processing applications and maintaining accurate records
• Handling customer inquiries and offering tailored solutions
• Utilizing sales tools and technology to manage leads and policy information

This is a high‑opportunity sales position with a base salary of $28,000–$34,000, plus uncapped commissions. More than half of your total earnings will come from commissions — making this ideal for driven individuals looking for flexibility, unlimited income potential, and a long‑term career path.

Everything needed for the position can be taught. No prior experience is required.

• Strong communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to work efficiently with computers and software
• Prior sales or insurance experience is a plus

• Insurance licensing is a bonus (or willingness to obtain it)
