Overview

Lyons Restores, a fast-growing national personal property restoration company, has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager covering Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana. You will be responsible for selling Lyons' premier customer experience, expertise, and growing number of services to insurance professionals and restoration contractors throughout the region.

Lyons Restores, a best-in-class textile restoration company, provides insurance companies, home and business owners with a turn-key solution for all personal property after a catastrophic event.

Services Offered
  • Textile, electronics, art, furniture, soft goods, and rug cleaning and restoration
  • Contents pack-outs, pack-backs, and storage
Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated marketing and business development professional to manage current business relationships and develop new ones by establishing and maintaining relationships with new and potential clients.

Responsibilities
  • Promote Lyons Restores to contractors and insurance professionals in your territory
  • Attend local marketing events, trade shows, and networking activities, including some evenings and weekends
  • Organize and lead regional marketing event sponsor ships
  • Arrange meetings and meals with key business decision-makers
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships
  • Represent Lyons Restores onsite with customers and perform initial walk-throughs of job sites
Qualifications
  • Professional appearance; customer-focused attitude
  • 3–5 years B2B/B2C sales experience
  • Works well with people from various backgrounds
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in social environments
  • Sets daily/weekly marketing routes; fieldwork 2–3 days each week during office hours
Driving
  • Company vehicle included
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Typical driving: 3–6 hours/day, 2–3 days/week
  • Must pass background and/or drug test

Compensation:
Competitive salary plus commissions in the range of $75,000 to $100,000

Job Type: Full-time

Experience
  • Sales and/or customer service-related experience: 3 to 5 years
Education
  • Associate’s Degree or higher
