Outside Sales Representative

Overview

We re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a year of sales or customer-facing experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You ll be on the front lines developing relationships, generating leads, and closing deals — all while learning from a supportive team that wants you to succeed.

• Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, and networking in an assigned territory
• Visit clients onsite to present products and services and understand their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
• Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
• Track and report sales activities through CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-starter who thrives on meeting goals and building relationships
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation
• Comfort with being on the road and meeting clients in person
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr
