Purpose

To developing new Business for Water Technologies and Emergent market to serving customers to meet the overall objectives and business strategies of the division and company by maintaining profitable current business and effectively self administering the sales territory to position Buckman Laboratories as the customers' preferred, full service supplier for chemical programs and application expertise.

Education
  • Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Biology or related
Mandate Experience
  • More than 10 years related sales & services experience; has successful selling experience; proven
  • Track record in sales of water treatment specialty chemicals and its filed application in the industries of Thailand.
Additional Experience
  • At least 5 years of management experience
  • New Business Development skill
  • Excellent communication in Thai/English (both written and verbal)
  • Interpersonal, Presentation and Price negotiation skill
  • Able to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the establishment of sales and profit objectives to meet team requirements.
  • Working with Country Manager in forecasting and developing annual sales quota within assigned territory.
  • Managing either a single customer site or multiple customer accounts, projecting expected sales volume and profits from Key Accounts.
  • Providing the relevant reports for marketing planning.
  • Plan and implement territory sales and profit objectives.
  • Establish new accounts, and maintain relationships with Key Accounts.
  • Effective management of customers, agents and distributors.
  • Support Internal Systems and Processes - Assist in Customer-Facing Marketing Activities, Customer-Facing Account Management Activities, Comply with Internal Processes and Procedures, Manage Buckman Assets.
  • Implementation of Account Management Programs.
  • For all business, creates a written plan containing requirements and measurements with the customer (Transition Workshop, Service Plan, Evaluation Plan, or formal letter).
  • Documents safety using the appropriate form (HCAS, CAS), improvements completed, results distributed, and recorded with Buckman. ALL HCAS applications must be audited regardless of account value.
  • Develops and maintains a Program Manual which stores pertinent information and Customers know where to find it.
  • Conducts a CSS annually with customers, improvements completed, and completed CSS uploaded into database before November 1 deadline each year.
  • Ensures that a Business Review occurs annually.

  • Computer proficiency with sound knowledge in Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
