Overview
Director of Recruitment serving North America!
Location: Memphis, California
Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday
Industry: Manufacturing and Distribution
What You’ll Do- Engage with inbound leads and existing clients via phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Perform outbound cold calling, emailing, and outreach to generate leads
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity
- At least 3 years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
