About the RoleWe’re looking for a growth-oriented, assertive Sales Executive who thrives on momentum and measurable results. You’re proactive, confident, competitive by nature, energized by targets, driven to win, and relentless in pursuit of opportunity. You move quickly, communicate clearly, and take full ownership of your pipeline from first contact to close. You bring urgency, optimism, and discipline to every interaction and are motivated by performance, progress, and earnings.
Key Responsibilities- Own the full outbound sales motion: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, following up, and closing.
- Proactively generate pipeline through daily outbound activity (calls, emails, Linked In, referrals).
- Engage technical and business decision-makers; lead confident, value-driven sales conversations.
- Translate a technical software product into clear business outcomes for prospects.
- Run discovery calls to uncover pain points, timelines, and buying criteria.
- Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed agreement.
- Maintain a clean, accurate CRM with detailed notes, next steps, and pipeline stages.
- Coordinate and deliver product demos that are professional, focused, and outcome-oriented.
- Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and move qualified prospects forward with urgency.
- Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Consistent daily outbound activity (calls, emails, follow-ups)
- CRM always current and accurate
- Clear next steps scheduled on all active opportunities
- Healthy, self-generated pipeline aligned to revenue targets
- Strong discovery-to-demo and demo-to-close conversion rates
- Shortening sales cycle through decisive follow-up and objection handling
- Monthly and quarterly quota attainment
- Increasing deal size and close rate over time
- Predictable forecasting and pipeline visibility
- Confident, credible engagement with technical buyers
- Clear articulation of product value and differentiation

- $75,000 base salary + uncapped commission.
