Role DescriptionThis is an on-site, full-time position as a Sales Representative based in Memphis, TN. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, providing estimates, maintaining records, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. The role also includes offering exceptional customer service and ensuring clients are satisfied with their restoration experience.
Qualifications- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals and quotas
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the home restoration and/or industrial industries is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or related fields are advantageous
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
