Position
Hours:
Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m.
- 7:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new business accounts within our independent pharmacy division.
- Qualify leads, prospect, cold call, set appointments, present products, generate revenue, and meet sales quotas.
- Build relationships to establish trust and be seen as a trusted advisor to customers who order daily from us.
- Utilize our advanced technologies to communicate value and increase company revenue.
- Contact customers regularly to serve as an extension of their buying team, sharing industry insights and opportunities to boost profitability on pharmaceuticals and other pharmacy products.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to engage with customers and prospects, sharing our value proposition and differentiators.
- Ability to inform customers about promotions, negotiate pricing, understand supply chains, and share industry news.
- Proficiency with our software to process orders via phone and promote online ordering.
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics by generating interest in our company.
- Conduct outbound calls to pharmacies to grow revenue and strengthen relationships.
- Stay informed about industry changes and drug names.
- Communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, upsell, and create positive customer experiences.
- Attend ongoing training and development to maintain professional knowledge.
