• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years’ experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination).
• 3+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, product demonstration, and sales techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office and databases.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals.
• Comfortable operating in emergency/operating room settings.
• Willingness to attend meetings outside regular business hours as required.
