Sales Executive Opportunity – (Memphis Area)

Our partner, a rapidly growing, private equity- backed leader in the commercial access solutions space, is looking for a driven Sales Executive to lead new business development for its Tennessee construction division.
This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role designed for a self-starter ready to build a long-term book of business across a booming market.

• Base +
  Uncapped Commission
• Year 1 OTE ($175k+)
• Build long-term relationships instead of chasing one-off wins

• Own and execute full sales cycle across the greater Nashville area
• Sell a diverse portfolio of access control, gate, and parking solutions
• Develop and expand relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers
• Navigate complex sales cycles and get past gatekeepers to close frequent, mid-sized deals
