Experienced Professional Sales Associates

The Gossett Group is seeking Experienced Professional Sales Associates for its automotive sales team in Memphis, TN. • Greet customers as they arrive and establish rapport.
• Follow up with prospective customers via email and phone.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of a customer’s interests to assist with their purchase.
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads.

• Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales, is a plus.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships (a “people person”).
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
• Excellent appearance, verbal and written communication, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet, greet and ask for the sale.
