Warehouse Associate​/Driver- Wages-Memphis Airport we

Overview

Competitive pay – starting $16.50. Must work weekends. Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive a box truck. Regular driver’s licenses required.

Receiving Associate:
Support warehouse operations both on and off the airport site. Process shipping and receiving functions, unload trucks, pull, pack, deliver stock orders and provide maintenance activities for the shops. Communicate with store management, vendors and airport staff to ensure proper compliance with rules and regulations for deliveries and movement of merchandise throughout the location. Learn job responsibilities, including knowledge of the warehouse layout, types of inventory processed and merchandise departments.

Replenish Associate:
Maintain and deliver stock to various locations throughout the day. Pull reports and fill orders to ensure merchandise levels are adequately maintained. Work with sales associates and managers to put away stock, set planograms and support promotions. Stock Associates may perform store functions including customer service, register transactions, maintenance, etc.

• Provide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution
• Use company-issued tools and resources responsibly, in line with security practices
• Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates
• Maintain store/stockroom/warehouse appearance and safety compliance (Health & Safety, visual merchandising, housekeeping, maintenance)
• Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions using handheld or company equipment
• Complete required process controls (paperwork, etc.)
• Ensure consistent stock security per defined processes
• Resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required
• Report and follow up on IMT issues
• Identify and report discrepancies to management
• Price stock and assist in stocking as needed

• High school diploma or equivalency required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum one year of warehouse, retail, or customer service experience required
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills
• Ability to work with a consistent sense of urgency
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal instruction
• Adaptable to changing priorities and unexpected situations
• Ability to perform computer work, heavy lifting (40 lbs), long periods of standing, climbing, bending; willingness to work nights, weekends, in a store or group of stores
