Join Target as a General Merchandise Expert. Starting hourly rate: $15.00 USD per hour.

Experts of store process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Execute daily tasks assigned to help achieve goals, including receiving products, restocking shelves, and arranging merchandise.
• Operate power equipment to move merchandise or store fixtures (if certified).
• Execute processes including changing prices, merchandise set-up, and inventory accuracy.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services to solve issues for guests.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.

• You enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and fellow team members.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active, and physically demanding role.
• You are open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts.

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
