Position SummaryThe Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales-focused role that provides exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. The goal is to meet and exceed customer needs by selling the visit, building relationships, promoting products and services, and coordinating service appointments. The Retail Salesperson also conducts transaction procedures efficiently and ensures a seamless experience for customers throughout their visit.
Pay Range: $14.73 - $22.04
Responsibilities- Operate as a motivated sales individual.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandise, advertise, and promote products and services.
- Respond energetically to every customer, both in-store and on the phone.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- Two (2) years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and the ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
