We offer an hourly rate of $13.00 to $16.00, with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction processed. Our associates can earn UP TO 8% commission on transactions, averaging an additional $1.31 per hour on top of the base rate.

Position Summary: We seek entry-level, part-time retail sales associates to join our nationwide pawn store locations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining the sales floor, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves working with jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Performing open/close procedures and maintaining store presentation.
• Handling cash, loans, and transactions per policies and regulations.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Completing training and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work with firearms and obtain certification.
• Minimum age 18, High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team environment.
• Basic math skills, cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literacy and POS operation skills.
