Pay: $13.00 to $16.00 per hour with an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional amount on top of hourly pay.

We are seeking entry-level, part-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides. The associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers to process sales, loans, and other transactions, and assists with customer inquiries and problem resolution. The role involves working with jewelry, general merchandise, and items such as tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.

The position offers hourly pay plus commission based on productivity.

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform non-management open/close procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle cash and negotiables in line with policies and procedures.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers; contribute to a positive team environment.
• Complete assigned training and participate in store operations as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, walking, bending, lifting) in accordance with law.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified (where applicable).
• Ability to assist customers in exterior areas or retrieve products from exterior storage.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old;
  High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and perform basic math.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to work at multiple locations as needed; flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and office machines.
