• Bar Support (Barback):
  Maintain optimal stock levels for all bar items, including ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes. Provide crucial, fast‑paced assistance to Bartenders by running items, retrieving supplies, and keeping the front‑of‑house service area clean and organized.
• Cleaning & Sanitation (Dishwasher):
  Manage all dishwashing operations, ensuring a continuous supply of clean, sanitized glassware, utensils, and serving equipment. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish pit area, service stations, and storage areas, adhering strictly to health and safety codes.
• Operational Readiness
  :
  Assist with the breakdown and setup of the bar and kitchen areas before and after service. Consistently maintain cleanliness and organization across the venue.

• Work Ethic: A strong, reliable work ethic and the ability to manage dual responsibilities effectively under pressure.
• Teamwork:
  The ability to communicate and collaborate efficiently with both the bar and kitchen teams.
• Drive to Learn: A genuine interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to grow your skills.
• Availability:
  Must have full availability, including all nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Stamina:
  Capable of lifting and moving up to 40 pounds, enduring heat, and working on your feet for an entire shift.

• Pay:
  Based on experience, plus competitive tip outs from the bar team.
