This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee.

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time

• Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew and the next shift managers to help them prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals.
• Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during the shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.

• At least one year experience as a manager, preferably with a restaurant or service background.
• Excellent references.
