• Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Plan each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Take action to ensure team meets McDonald's standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare for a great shift.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned McDonald's restaurant.
