• Provide outstanding service to all guests
• Guide guests through the food and beverage menus and make suggestions
• Work positively and effectively alongside both front and back of house teams

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Be able to stand, walk, and carry food for long periods of time
• English reading and communications skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify and prioritize tasks to maintain high‑quality guest service
• Ability to effectively implement the three C’s: coordination, consolidation, and communication
• Ability to obtain necessary food and liquor permits

• Prior restaurant or retail experience
• Prior experience using Aloha POS systems
• Previous experience in a fast‑paced high‑volume environment
