• Operate in a professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchen while maintaining spotless, clean dishware and a clean station.
• Execute proper dish cleaning and sanitation protocols; maintain organization and cleanliness of the dishwashing area.
• Coordinate with other team members and management; contribute to open communication and teamwork to support high standards of food presentation and service.
• Assist with opening duties and closing cleaning duties as required.

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including but not limited to knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, and ovens is required.
