Our Shift Leader role is viewed as an entry-level leadership role and we invest time and energy into our Shift Leaders as such, helping to create opportunities for our Shift Leaders to further grow and develop.

Job Responsibilities:

* Foster and maintain a positive work environment

* Provide direction, coaching, and support to the team

* Creating positive Guest experiences through the preparation of food, register operation, cleaning, stocking, and organization of the location for Guests

* Train and coach new and existing team members

* Ensure all aspects of each shift run smoothly and effectively
