Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Regional Manager based in Memphis, TN. The Regional Manager will oversee the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of multifamily properties. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company standards, managing day-to-day operations, monitoring budget performance, supporting property-level staff, implementing cost-control strategies, and fostering strong tenant relations. The role will also involve regular property visits to evaluate physical conditions, leasing efforts, and maintenance practices while maintaining regular communication with ownership to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications- Proven leadership in property management, including team supervision and operational oversight
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Ability to foster and maintain positive tenant and client relationships while ensuring high tenant satisfaction
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with property management software; experience with Res Man is a plus
- Knowledge of multifamily property management policies and applicable regulations
- Previous experience managing multiple properties or a sizable portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Flexibility to travel locally for property visits and on-site tasks as needed
