This is a full‑time, on‑site Real Estate Manager role based in Memphis, TN. The Real Estate Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day property management responsibilities, including lease administration, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of a high‑rise office building in downtown Memphis. The Manager will also collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver real estate solutions, supervise operational budgets, and ensure compliance with leases while identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

• Expertise in Property Management, including overseeing commercial building operations and maintenance
• Proficiency in Lease Administration and thorough knowledge of lease structures and agreements
• Experience in managing Leases and ensuring compliance with lease terms
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate markets and trends
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross‑functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPM, real estate license) are a plus
