Pay: Up to $23.00/hr
Schedule: Flexible – 1st, Mid, or 2nd Shift (Based on Operational Needs)
Overtime: Required as needed, including occasional Saturday mornings

We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Bilingual Quality Control Supervisor to lead quality operations across multiple shifts. This is a key leadership role and the only Quality Control Supervisor on staff, responsible for maintaining standards, driving improvements, and supporting production teams.

• Oversee and enforce quality control processes company-wide
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications
• Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues
• Train and coach team members on quality procedures and best practices
• Communicate effectively with production and leadership teams
• Adjust schedule as needed to support operational priorities

This role may work:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Mid-Shift (as needed)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Shift will vary depending on production demands.

• Moderate experience in Quality Control
• Strong leadership potential and decision‑making skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

• Willingness to work overtime when required
